Knowledge Management Capability of Library: Scale Development and Validation

摘要: Despite the importance of knowledge management to library, there has been very little research in this area. The current paper intends develop a scale capability for library. Initial items are generated from interviews and extant research. Exploratory factor analysis confirmatory conducted on survey finished by staff final library (LKMC) includes 4 dimensions, 14 measurement with good reliability validity. Meanwhile, results Pearson’s correlation indicate that is critical success innovation performance China’s settings. proposed LKMC can be used as diagnostic tool libraries identity areas where specific improvements needed. Finally, discusses implications findings highlights future directions.
