摘要: Interactive surfaces and multi-touch tables are increasingly available outside academic contexts, entering, for instance, work or educational contexts. A large variety of applications exists a multitude tasks. For interacting with these applications, existing interaction concepts often directly mapped to the surface, which is limited by physical constraints. enter text on an interactive most virtual keyboard used. However, users cannot feel when, they have accidentally pressed two keys at same time. Research mobile devices has identified vibrotactile feedback as effective means support when touch screens. In this work, we present results experiment in investigated whether typical tasks (e.g., typing text, drag-and-drop items) can be supported providing surface. We compared direct distal provided user’s body, well their combination. Surprisingly, our show that all variants had no significant positive effect task performance. Yet participants rated tactile significantly higher regarding subjective speed feedback.
