摘要: The sequence of growth hormone (GH) is generally strongly conserved in mammals, but episodes rapid change occurred during the evolution primates and artiodactyls, when rate GH apparently increased at least 50-fold. As a result, sequences human ruminant GHs differ substantially from those other non-primate GHs. Recent molecular studies have suggested that cetaceans are closely related to artiodactyls may be deeply nested within artiodactyl phylogenetic tree. To extend knowledge Cetartiodactyla (Artiodactyla plus Cetacea), we cloned characterised single gene common dolphin (Delphinus delphis), using genomic DNA polymerase chain reaction technique. comprises five exons four introns. deduced for mature differs pig two residues only, showing apparent burst largely after separation ruminants.
