摘要: Revenue management, a management concept which was first used in the US airline industry and has been widely other service industries especially hotel because of significant effect. Especially recent years, revenue become an important competition strategy hotel. But so far, academic research about influence mechanism performance evaluation is still extremely limited. Based on "influencing factors-decision behavior-performance evaluation" logical relationship, combing through literature review, this paper discussed relationship between factors evaluation, proposed theory framework concerning propositions.
