摘要: In previous works, we developed nanocapsules and nanoemulsions containing the tea tree oil. The aim of this work was to prepare characterize hydrogels these nanocarriers, evaluate their in vivo efficacy protecting skin damage induced by UVB cutaneous wound healing. Hydrogels were prepared using Carbopol Ultrez physicochemical characteristics evaluated: macroscopic analysis, pH, spreadability rheological properties. antiedematogenic effect evaluated ear thickness measurement after UVB-irradiation. order healing action hydrogels, investigated regression lesion rats. showed homogeneous aspect pH values between 5.6-5.8 a non-Newtonian behavior. presence did not change profile. inclusion oil allowed reducing edema exposure. Hydrogel presented higher reduction area compared hydrogel allantoin. This study shows feasibility obtained dermatological formulations associated nanostructured systems.
