摘要: Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas were found at necropsy in two previously reported cases of congenital dilatation the intrahepatic bile ducts. The nature developmental abnormality is discussed and compared with other forms biliary dilatation. Slow-flowing for many years probably leads to cholangiocarcinoma.
