摘要: Surgical needles are fabricated by masking and etching a plurality of the needle blanks from one side base material, such as metal sheet, after applying an etchant resistant adhesive backing to other then sheet chemical milling process. The resultant unattached each or individually removable backing. This increases speed manufacturing while maintaining ease use.
