摘要: Medaka is an attractive model to study epimorphic regeneration. The fins have remarkable regenerative capacity and are replaced about 14 days after amputation. formation of blastema, a mass undifferentiated cells, essential for regeneration; however, the molecular mechanisms incompletely defined. To identify genes required fin regeneration, especially blastema formation, we constructed cDNA libraries from regenerates at 3 postamputation 10 postamputation. A total 16,866 expression sequence tags (ESTs) were sequenced subjected BLASTX analysis. result revealed that 60% them showed strong matches previously identified proteins, major signaling molecules related development, including FGF, BMP, Wnt, Notch/Delta, Ephrin/Eph pathways isolated. novel specific during microarray was generated based on 2900 independent ESTs each library which had no similarity known proteins. We obtained 6 candidate associated with by gene pattern screening in competitive hybridization analyses situ hybridization. Olrfe16d23 olrfe14k04 expressed only early regenerating stages when induced. olrf5n23, encodes signal peptide, detected wound epidermis throughout Olrfe23l22, olrfe20n22, olrfe24i02 notably region. Our has thus profiles some facilitate elucidation
