摘要: The development of new sensitive methods for the analysis non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in water samples is great importance. In this work, seven NSAIDs were separated within 9 min using 15 mM sodium tetraborate (pH 9.2) containing 0.1% (w/v) hexadimethrine bromide (HDMB) and 10% (v/v) methanol. Field-amplified sample injection (FASI) was examined found to improve detection limits by 200-fold providing 0.6–2.0 μg/L, but these are insufficient determination as environmental pollutants samples. To sensitivity further, electrokinetic supercharging (EKS) examined. optimum EKS method involved hydrodynamic leading electrolyte (100 NaCl, 30 s, 50 mbar), (200 −10 kV) finally terminating 2-(cyclohexylamino) ethanesulphonic acid, CHES, 40 mbar). With method, improved 2400-fold giving 50–180 ng/L. developed validated then applied wastewater from a local sewage treatment plant. increase approximately 10-fold, however, still lower than levels previously European Mediterranean cities. proposed has advantage simplicity achieving through high-preconcentration power without use off-line chromatographic cleanup.
