Simultaneous determination of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in river water samples by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry using molecularly imprinted polymers as a pretreatment column

摘要: A restricted access media-molecularly imprinted polymer (RAM-MIP) for flufenamic acid has been developed the simultaneous determination of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in river water samples. The RAM-MIP was prepared using 4-vinylpyridine and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a functional monomer cross-linker, respectively, by multi-step swelling polymerization method followed surface modification technique. showed excellent molecular recognition abilities mefenamic acid, moderate indomethacin, etodolac ketoprofen. NSAIDs (mefenamic ketoprofen) samples carried out LC-MS/MS pretreatment column. concentrations indomethacin were determined to be 0.4, 0.7 0.3ng/L, while ketoprofen below limit quantitation.
