摘要: Objective: The effects of neuropsychological treatment on cognitive hypofrontality were examined in schizophrenic patients through the score activation. Method: Eight subjects (six men and two women) with persistent negative symptoms impairments evaluated single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) procedures battery before after a group. Results: After an enhancement performance was found, especially executive functions. The activation showed increase over baseline levels no cognitive-dependent found. Although prefrontal blood flow changes small non-specific, they suggest reduction treatment. Conclusion: Cognitive improvements would possibly be related diminution functional hypoactivity areas.
