摘要: Abstract The orientation of washed Escherichia coli bacteria in suspension induced by applied a.c. electric fields has been monitored observing the accompanying changes intensity light scattered suspension. data enable anisotropy electrical polarisability Δα to be determined. Changes due addition various antibiotics ahve measured as a function both antibiotic concentration and temperature results are taken indicate that there is an accumulation molecules at bacterial surface.
