摘要: Purpose: To compare the mean transit time (MTT) of retinal circulation in eyes with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and normal-tension (NTG) examine possible relationship between MTT visual field damage, expressed as deviation (MD). Methods: Video fluorescein angiography was performed 40 patients POAG or NTG. Dye curves for passing through arteries veins were used to calculate each patient a computer-assisted technique based on an impulse-response analysis (MTTir). Results: We able analyse MTTir all angiograms. Mean (SD) 5.0 (1.5) seconds 4.7 (1.4) The difference not statistically significant. There weak but significant correlation MD (MTTir = 4.12–0.08*MD; r −0.49, p 0.0013). Conslusions: results demonstrate that loss neuronal tissue is combined effect similar NTG POAG.
