摘要: Objective This study is the second part of a process evaluation, embedded in MOSAIC study, large randomised controlled trial comparing two different psychological therapies, Maudsley Model for Treatment Adults with Anorexia Nervosa (MANTRA) and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM). The adopted qualitative approach to examine patient experiences treatments. Method Seventeen semi-structured interviews were conducted Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified-Anorexia type patients, transcripts analysed thematically. Results Patient responses yielded five main themes: positive helpful aspects, beneficial outcomes, less possible improvements treatments, therapeutic external environment. findings show clear differences some overlaps between patients' views on MANTRA SSCM. Discussion Both therapies experienced by patients as credible largely helpful, albeit ways. These results are agreement those therapists' these treatments.
