摘要: A method and apparatus for time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy is described in which laser light from a single pulse used to excite fluorescent photons sample, detected by PMT optimized linearity response time produce photoelectrons generate current at the anode. This discharged through an R/C network voltage amplitude waveform converted optical image, intensified, stored digitized. The digitized version of image processed data processor calculate true impulse response.
