摘要: Marked stimulation of glucagon release and modest insulin were observed during in situ perfusion the rat pancreas with AVP or OT. Glucagon response to OT (200 pg/ml) gradually increased over a 45 min period reaching maxima 500% 300% pre-stimulatory levels, respectively. Insulin transiently by 100%. In each case rates returned control values immediately after withdrawal peptides. Total was concentration dependent linear from 20 pg ng OT/ml (r>.97). Pancreatic DDAVP perfused at ng/ml virtually indistinguishable that induced 200 pg/ml. This demonstration glucagonotrophic action neurohypophysial hormones confirms earlier studies using isolated islets bolus IV injection.
