摘要: This research was conducted as a part of the continuous development novel technique for managing fish-processing wastewater by cultivating proteolytic yeast, Candida rugopelliculosa, possible diet rotifer, Brachionus plicatilis. It feasible to use Alaska Pollack processing growth medium C. which stimulatory rotifer 18.3% over commercial Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Maximum rugopelliculosa and reduction influent soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD) concentration were respectively (6.09+/-0.04)x10(6) cells/ml 70.0% at 6.3h hydraulic retention time (HRT). Method 4th order Runge-Kutta approximation successfully applied determine Monod kinetics using unsteady state data from only one operation fixed HRT. The maximum microbial rates, mu(max), half saturation coefficient, K(s), determined be 0.82+/-0.22 h(-1) 690+/-220 mg SCOD/L, respectively. yield Y, decay rate k(d), (1.39+/-0.22)x10(4) cells/mg SCOD 0.06+/-0.01 h(-1),
