摘要: Objective To evaluate serum levels of CXCL10 and CCL2 in a large series PsA patients, to relate chemokines the clinical phenotype these patients. Methods Serum were measured 68 gender- age-matched (1:1) controls drawn from general population. Results patients showed significantly (p 198 pg/ml), 49% with 5% control subjects had high 730 19% PsA, 2% (p<0.001; chi-square=22.02). Conclusion In conclusion, circulating have been found Th1 immune predominance early phase disease. A decline has observed long lasting significant increase CCL2/CXCL10 ratio, suggesting shift Th2 response duration PsA.
