摘要: Chemokines are a family of small m.w. cytokines that induce chemotaxis and chemokinesis leukocytes. These molecules ligands for seven-transmembrane, Gi protein-linked receptors signaling cascade in human T cells provide costimulation cell activation, addition to participating transendothelial migration To address the role chemokines regulation Th cytokine production, we utilized an OVA-specific TCR transgenic (Tg+) model. Cells stimulated through incubated presence macrophage inflammatory protein-1alpha (MIP-1alpha) showed enhanced IFN-gamma whereas monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) IL-4 production. Similar results were obtained whether Tg+ with anti-CD3 mAb or OVA peptide. Primary stimulation chemokines, followed by secondary tertiary anti-TCR clonotype alone (no exogenous chemokines), revealed production MIP-1alpha MCP-1 stimulation. Naive cells, from mice crossed RAG-1-deficient mice, when MCP-1. suggest CC play regulating naive leukocyte trafficking.
