摘要: Several metabolic alterations accumulate over time along with a reduction in biological fitness, suggesting the existence of "metabolic clock" that controls aging. Multiple inborn defects circuitries accelerate aging, whereas genetic loci linked to exceptional longevity influence metabolism. Each nine hallmarks aging is connected undesirable alterations. The main features "westernized" lifestyle, including hypercaloric nutrition and sedentariness, can as they have detrimental consequences. Conversely, lifespan-extending maneuvers caloric restriction impose beneficial pleiotropic effects on introduction strategies promote fitness may extend healthspan humans.
