摘要: Developing efficient methods for targeting cancer cells and encapsulating drugs coupled with activated release holds enormous potential cell imaging therapy. Herein, a novel dual-targeted nanocarrier was developed on the basis of gold nanoparticles modified dense shell synthetic oligonucleotides. The folic acid functionalized single-stranded DNA designed to target folate receptor surface, molecular beacon employed as drug carrier associated intracellular tumor mRNA. Intracellular experiments indicated that could be preferentially internalized into due Doxorubicin (Dox) selectively in because reduce dosage greatly improve therapeutic effect cells.
