摘要: Abstract Prolonged therapeutic action over an extended period of time on single dose is vital in designing ideal drug delivery system. Nanoparticle-based vehicles for serves as technology, however, utilization them remains controversial due to potential safety concerns and transient retention. Nanodiamonds (NDs), with excellent biocompatibility diversity conjugates, have emerged alternative promising materials this regard. Here, we developed sodium alginate functionalized NDs (fNDs) delivery. Cisplatin (DDP) was chosen a model coated the negatively charged fNDs clusters. Our work demonstrated that were capable enhancing accumulation retention tumor cells, leading continued cell killing effect after clearance treatment. Furthermore, fNDs–DDP treatment improved compared DDP Thus, new platform may strong further biomedical application.
