摘要: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a prevalent endocrine disorder in reproductive-aged women. Clinical manifestations include hyperandrogenism, chronic anovulation, polycystic ovaries and being frequently accompanied by insulin resistance (IR) obesity. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short non-coding RNAs which involved the regulation of gene expression at post-transcriptional level. Altered miRNAs levels have been showed to be associated with variety diseases including diabetes, endometriosis cancer. In recent years, more evidence suggests abnormal detected granulosa cells, theca adipose tissue, follicular fluid, serum peripheral blood leukocytes women PCOS display vital role occurrence development PCOS. This will shed light on new strategies for diagnosis treatment this syndrome. paper, we review research respect
