摘要: The polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine disorder mainly associated with infertility. Abnormal regulation of relevant genes required for follicular development in PCOS. In the current study, expression serum miRNAs PCOS patients was explored using miRNA array followed by qRT-PCR assays. circulating level miR-592 significantly down-regulated comparison healthy controls. Furthermore, we found that inversely correlated luteinizing hormone/chorionic gonadotropin receptor (LHCGR). Computational analysis predicted interacts LHCGR mRNA via binding to a site located 3'UTR region. Using luciferase-based reporter assay directly targeted LHCGR. KGN cell line, overexpression inhibited viability and transition phase G1 S. Knocking down cycle progression cells, co-transfection reversed inhibitory effect miR-592. These results shed new light on diagnosis treatment syndrome.
