摘要: To obtain ideal nano-hydroxyapatite(n-HA) filler for poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA), a new surface-grafting with the assist of citric acid nano-hydroxyapatite (n-HA) was designed, and effect n-HA surface-grafted or without on in vitro degradation behavior cells viability studied by experiments soaking simulated body fluid (SBF) incubating human osteoblast-like (MG-63). The change pH value, tensile strength reduction, surface deposits, attachment proliferation samples during incubation were investigated means meter, electromechanical universal tester, scanning electron microscope (SEM) coupled energy-dispersive spectro-scopy (EDS), fluorescence MTT method. results showed that introduction not only delayed reduction inhibiting detachment from PLGA, but also endowed it better cell proliferation, suggesting an important bioactive ceramic fillers PLGA used as bone materials.
