摘要: The release of endogenous dopamine (DA) and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) was measured in superfused striatal slices the rat results compared with data obtained for (a) DA DOPAC cerebral cortex, nucleus accumbens thalamus; (b) 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), 5-hydroxyindoleacetic (5-HIAA), GABA, glutamate striatum; (c) 5-HT cortex. In all four CNS regions, there appeared to be a Ca2+-dependent, K+-stimulated DA. addition, striatum also 60 mM K+ stimulated DOPAC. striatum, 16 Mg2+ as effective 2.5 Ca2+ promoting function weak agonist since it promoted approximately 40% level attained presence K+. On other hand, inhibited GABA glutamate. Similar Mg2+-inhibition observed cortex not only but 5-HT. With use α-methyl ρ-tyrosine (tyrosine hydroxylase inhibitor), cocaine (uptake inhibitor) pargyline (monoamine oxidase determined that most released synthesized during superfusion; formed from which had been taken up; were nerve terminals. indicate difference process between amino acids monoamines promote
