摘要: Treatment of FSH-stimulated granulosa cells with increasing amounts interleukin-6 (IL-6) caused a significant concentration-dependent suppression progesterone biosynthesis. However, basal production in non-FSH-stimulated remained unresponsive to the cytokine. Quantitation IL-6 conditioned media from untreated by 7TD1 hybridoma cell bioassay revealed detectable levels IL-6. Further, FSH treatment increase release. In contrast, both and release could be significantly suppressed interferon gamma (INF-gamma). The results present study suggest: 1) role for regulation production, 2) that is source 3) regulated event.
