摘要: Summary‘Kensington Pride’ mango (Mangifera indica L.) fruit were harvested at the fully ripe stage to investigate composition of aroma volatile compounds in different parts fruit, including skin, outer mesocarp, inner top middle mesocarp and bottom mesocarp.
