Distribution of aroma volatile compounds in different parts of mango fruit

摘要: Summary‘Kensington Pride’ mango (Mangifera indica L.) fruit were harvested at the fully ripe stage to investigate composition of aroma volatile compounds in different parts fruit, including skin, outer mesocarp, inner top middle mesocarp and bottom mesocarp. The extracted by headspace solid-phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME) analysed using a gas chromatograph fitted with flame ionization detector (GC-FID) chromatograph-mass spectrophotometer (GC-MS). contained higher concentrations total (21169–25596 ¼g kg–1) monoterpenes (20349–23899 than did other (3821–16354, 2882–15021 kg–1, respectively).
