摘要: Introduction By convention, a contralateral breast cancer (CBC) is treated as new primary tumor, independent of the first (BC1). Although there have been indications that second tumor (BC2) sometimes may represent metastatic spread BC1, this has never conclusively shown. We sought to apply next-generation sequencing determine “genetic barcode” for each and reveal clonal relationship CBCs.
