摘要: ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the impact of work alienation on organizational health. The implementation research is conducted nurses and physicians working in a public hospital data collected from 388 people are evaluated. As result analyses carried out, alienation’s subdimensions correlations with health moderate negative direction perception explain 21.5% total variance When test results regression coefficient significance model analyzed, increasing levels powerlessness self-estrangement participants decrease statistics. Order relative importance predictor variables level such as powerlessness, self-estrangement, meaninglessness.
