摘要: This study examines Self-Determination Theory (SDT) in a physical activity context, using prospective design to predict leisure time activity. We expected need satisfaction and self-determined motivation 1 month later. One hundred sixteen undergraduate students completed two questionnaires, after the other. As anticipated, path analysis revealed proposed model fit data. Specifically, each psychological positively predicted motivation, competence negatively nonself-determined motivation. Self-determined was then found later, while not significant predictor. These findings support theoretical by SDT implications of these are discussed.
