摘要: Poor clinical outcome of lung cancer (LuCa) is primarily due to lack knowledge about specific molecules involved in its progression and metastasis. In this study, we for the first time show biological significance CC chemokine receptor-9 (CCR9) non-small cell (NSCLC). Expression CCR9 CCL25, only natural ligand CCR9, was significantly higher (p < 0.0001) NSCLC tissues serum respectively, compared their respective controls. Interestingly, expression both CCL25 adenocarcinomas (ACs) squamous carcinomas (SCCs) = 0.04, p 0.0001). Similar tissues, AC SCC lines were positive expression. Despite marginal difference expression, cells showed migratory invasive potential response cells. This differential matrix metalloproteinases tissue inhibitor under influence CCL25. Our results suggest as a target developing new treatment modality NSCLC. Additionally, level ACs SCCs, two subtypes, non-invasive diagnostic/prognostic biomarker.
