摘要: Summary Thirteen Francisella tularensis strains were isolated from 22 seropositive brown hares (Lepus europaeus) originating different parts of Hungary, and further two a patas monkey (Erythrocebus patas) vervet (Chlorocebus aethiops). The isolates identified as F. ssp. holarctica on the basis culture, morphological biochemical characteristics. identification was verified by polymerase chain reaction sequencing partial 16S rRNA gene. Utilization carbon sources 15 F. characterized with Biolog system. system able to identify already after 4 h incubation, not only standard 24 h. After analysis comparison metabolic profiles our database, it concluded that all indicated in database utilized isolates. software fails distinguish highly virulent moderately but microplates can be manually read differentiate subspecies based glycerol source utilization. As studied unable use glycerol, they could holarctica. dendrogram relationship shows are very similar each other, which correlates conservative genetic character
