摘要: Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) have been shown to improve clinical performance and patient outcomes, but the failure rate of such systems is still over 50 percent. To contribute a wider understanding issues surrounding CDDS acceptance, we performed systematic review studies that evaluated CDSS implementations in care determine factors are associated with acceptance by physicians. The were found categorized according HOT-fit framework. mapping concerning on framework revealed gaps each domain showed research has mainly focused human technology lack organizational factors. A potential area could thus be studying may influence acceptance.
