摘要: Results. Identified barriers were earlier experience of dysfunctional computer systems in health care, potential harm to doctor–patient relationship, obscured responsibilities, threats clinician’s autonomy and extra workload due excessive reminders. facilitators self-control frequency contents CDSS noticeable help clinical practice. It was easy for the physicians think applications topics that could them avoid mistakes improve work processes. Conclusions. Physicians had relatively positive attitudes towards idea CDSS. They expected flexibility, individuality reliability The rather high level computerized practices wide use electronic guidelines probably have paved way Finland.
