摘要: Traditional forms of communicating best practice disease state management do not adequately support appropriate prescribing in patients with complex needs, such as those multi-morbidities or aged patients. An effective solution is the use clinical decision systems; however, currently available systems meet needs health professionals (HPs). We wished to evaluate whether HPs find way which an early-stage prototype delivers information useful; during development, articles defining fundamental elements (CDSS) success, process model and data requirements were found be widely dispersed lacking. describe a new CDSS for healthcare delivery tailored professional using identified success. Concepts described this article could used foundation other inform electronic medical record design.
