PERSONALITY PREDICTORS OF DECISION-MAKING OF MEDICAL RESCUERS

摘要: The aim of our research was to assess the predictive power selected personality factors that are related emotions in decision-making process paramedics. focus this study lies emotional intelligence according model Cooper and Sawaf (1997), styles Theory Cognitive Experiential Self (Epstein, 2003), Stroop's resilience Big Five traits as possible predictors decision- making 92 paramedics participated which employed Iowa Gam- bling Task, EQ TM map, Stroop test, Rational-Experiential Inventory NEO-FFI. We deter- mined gender specifications In (men), it predict appropriate based on stability, extraversion qu ick rea ctions test. Appropriate female could be predicted two zones (low awareness positive current conditions) quick reactions results obtained interpreted with respect specific expectations within paramedic pro- fession ability resist negative process.
