摘要: Electron high- T c superconductor Nd 2- x Ce CuO y single crystals are studied under high magnetic field of up to 20 tesla. The superconducting state is completely destroyed by the when applied along -axis and normal electrical resistivity obtained at all temperatures. temperature dependence plotted down 1.3 K a clear resistance minimum found. result understood in terms two-dimensional weak localization model this means that materials regarded as intrinsic conduction system.
