摘要: The present invention is drawn to an isolated recombinant polynucleic acid comprising a nucleotide sequence, SEQ.ID.NO: 4 encoding 250kD protein the amino sequence as represented by SEQ.ID.N: 6 from Eimeria maxima sporozoites/merozoites. This further avian coccidiosis vaccine compositions against E.tenella, E.maxima, E.acervulina, E.necatrix, E.mitis, and E.brunetti etc.
