摘要: Flexible metamaterials and three-dimensional operable in the terahertz range are disclosed. Methods disclosed for fabricating response using microfluidic-jetted techniques. Layers of material including substrate deposited stacked to form three dimensional bulk metamaterials. The fabricated act as left-handed 0.1 3.0 THz.
