摘要: An integrated optimization model is developed for planning irrigation systems. In this work, surface reservoir capacity, ground-water and spring withdrawal, delivery system capacities (including canals, pumping stations, tunnels), hectares of land to be irrigation, cropping pattern are considered as interacting parts the system. Moreover, effect costs due drainage, leveling, network construction also considered. The capable integrating other decision variables. optimized by means a chance-constraint model. uses mixed integer linear programming maximize net benefit associated with development.
