摘要: Excerpt] This chapter provides a review of selection research for service and sales occupations is organized into three major sections. First, we describe the nature work define competencies that underlie success in these jobs. Second, summarize past concerning methods have been used to select employees with attention issues validity, applicant reactions, adverse impact. Finally, discuss implications this body practice future research, highlighting several important but often overlooked system design critical segment today’s workforce.
