摘要: This review focuses on autoimmune myocarditis and its sequela, inflammatory dilated cardiomyopathy (DCMI), the immune mechanisms underlying pathogenesis of these diseases. Several mouse models DCMI have improved our knowledge diseases, informing more general problems cardiac remodeling heart failure. CD4(+) T cells are critical in driving myocarditis. We discuss detail role helper cell subtypes myocarditis, biology cell-derived effector cytokines, participation other leukocytic effectors mediating disease pathophysiology. interactions between subsets both suppressive collaborative fashions. These findings indicate that disease, autoimmunity general, may be diverse divergent than has previously been appreciated.
