摘要: The introduction of immunohistological techniques enabled a substantially more reliable diagnosis inflammatory cardiomyopathy (DCMi) in endomyocardial biopsies (EMB) compared to the histological Dallas criteria. Decisive progress has been made understanding cellular immune mechanisms DCMi using techniques, which apart from field refinement have had prognostic implications and an influence on selection criteria patients who will likely benefit immunosuppressive treatment. Digital image analysis systems employed standardize quantification EMB stainings. Quantification T cell-related genes by methodologically validated preamplified real-time RT-PCR revealed that cells are characterized differential expression Th1-, Treg-, CTL-related markers, while no major role could be confirmed for Th17 cells. reported virus-associated cell receptor Vbeta dominance suggests antiviral specificity virus-induced responses human DCMi.
