摘要: Ki67 is a nuclear antigen significantly correlated with degree of malignancy in human non-Hodgkin lymphomas. We wanted to assess the ability flow cytometric evaluation index (Ki67I) differentiating grade canine Ki67I was determined on lymph node aspirates 90 immunophenotyped lymphomas classified according updated Kiel classification: 80 high (HG, 62 B cell and 18 T cell) 10 low (LG, 3 7 HG showed higher compared LG (P < 0.0001). A significant difference detected between B- T-immunophenotypes. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve highlighted accuracy recognizing [area under (AUC) = 99.4] cut-off value 12.2% established (sensitivity 96.3% specificity 100%). Thus, we suggest combination determination immunophenotype as reliable tool classify
