摘要: Patient safety continues to be a challenge for health care. Medical errors are not decreasing but continue show roughly the same patterns in Sweden and other Western countries. This interview study aims explore how 27 hospital middle managers responsible patient work Swedish university perceive this task. A qualitative analysis was performed. code template created, each explored depth summarized into six categories. We conclude that appears have low priority; top management does seem any real interest safety; incidents underreported; organization of seems insufficient carried out insofar as resources available. These parameters may explain why medical remain on certain level do decrease spite various support programs.
