摘要: The present study was conducted to elucidate the effects of copper exposure on immune system and lipid metabolism Japanese scallop, Mizuhopecten yessoensts. Transcriptional levels differentially expressed genes (DEGs)in M. yessoensis digestive gland tissue were analyzed using deep-sequencing platform Illumina HiSeq (TM) 2000. In total, 841 877 identified as significantly up- or down-regulated, respectively. addition, significant enrichment analysis 3 gene ontology terms 15 pathways involved in response exposure. Analysis transcripts related revealed a complex pattern innate recognition receptors, including toll-like NOD-like receptors downstream pathway effectors, those apoptosis. Furthermore, genomic that extracellular matrix (ECM)-receptor interactions enriched Cu-exposed scallop glands. These results will provide resource for subsequent expression studies regarding heavy metal identification copper-sensitive biomarkers aquaculture yessoensis. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd.
