摘要: Abstract Peripheral T lymphocytes in mice can be distinguished by the presence of Thy 1.2 (theta) cell surface antigen. The fluorescence-activated sorter (FACS) was used to analyze and separate T-cells from peripheral lymphoid suspensions after incubation with fluorescein-labeled anti-Thy (F 1.2). Stained cells were markedly reduced nu/nu mice, carrying 1.1 allele (theta-AKR), not seen that had been absorbed CBA brain. According these criteria, stained termed “T lymphocytes.” Among lymphocytes, there considerable heterogeneity fluorescent staining. FACS other further high intensity F fluorescence (bright T-cells) those less (dull T-cells). Separated bright dull shown have several different functional properties. Dull appeared more sensitive small doses ALS vivo , homed lymph node higher proportions than did T-cells, affected short-term effects thymectomy adult life. Bright contrast, resistant ALS, preferentially spleen rather irradiated hosts, shortly thymectomy. populations showed ability produce cytotoxic activity vitro sensitization, while mixtures two subpopulations produced synergistic cytototoxic responses. ontogenic implications findings are discussed.
