摘要: Biliary complications remain a major cause of morbidity and mortality in liver transplantation the biliary anastomosis technique could increase this risk. The aim study was to compare effects reconstruction techniques orthotopic on incidence complications. A systematic review meta-analysis using Medline-PubMed, EMBASE, Scielo-LILACS, Cochrane Databases were performed comparing with regard occurrence Number needed treat (NNT) calculated at 95% confidence interval. Fifty-seven articles selected (3 randomized clinical trials, 6 48 historical cohort studies). There lower risk for (NNT = 6) end-to-end choledochocholedochostomy (EECC) without drainage compared EECC drainage. complication (NNT = 4) side-to-side (SSCC) SSCC No difference found between According our results, considering highest level evidence available literature, we suggest that should be or SSCC, former, latter.
