摘要: The two most prominent genotypes of viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus (VHSV) are -I in the Northeastern Atlantic region and -IV North America, but much more is known about cellular pathogenesis genotype than -IV. VHSV divided into -IVa from Northeast Pacific Ocean -IVb Great Lakes both which less virulent to rainbow trout -I. In this work, infections VHSV-IVa have been studied cell lines, RTgill-W1 gill epithelium, RTS11 spleen macrophages. produced infectious progeny -IVb. However, was toward RTgill-W1: caused cytopathic effect (CPE) at a lower titre, elicited CPE earlier, yielded higher titres. By contrast, no increase titre were observed cultures infected with either genotype. Yet all six genes expressed antiviral genes, Mx2 Mx3, up regulated by VHSV-IVb -IVa. replication appeared terminate translational stage as N protein, presumably abundant VSHV proteins, not detected cultures. RTgill-W1, Mx3 similar levels genotypes, while induced IFN1, IFN2 LGP2A VHSV-IVb.
